FINMATEC SLUDGE SILOS
Silos ranging from diameter 3.500 mm to 5.000 mm can be offered as standard with volumes from 50 m3 even up to about 400 m3.
Other sizes offered upon request. The unique sliding frame technology developed by Finmatec, is a well proven method of discharging centrifuged sludge with DS up to even 32 %.
The sliding frame combined with a robust and speed controllable screw conveyor in Finmatec sludge silos, ensures that sludge is discharged as first-in-first-out (FIFO) with a capacity of up to 100 m3/h. Both sliding frame and the bottom gate is controlled by a hydraulic unit. In case of a electrical failure, the gate is automatically closed by a UPS battery. A main electrical cabinet and a local control panel comes as option.
The whole operation is easy to control with a Siemens CPU touch screen. Several different interfaces can be offered such as Profinet, Profibus or Ethernet, thus giving the possibility to follow the process from the control room. The surface treatment combined with the robust well proven technology ensures that a Finmatec sludge silo system will last for decades. A warranty of 24 months is offered as standard. The inhouse knowhow, starting from mechanical and electrical design, strength calculation, manufacturing & testing, as well as transport, installation and
commissioning is fully controlled and offered by Finmatec. Service contracts is offered upon request.
