Finmatec Sludge Silos — Proven, Efficient, and Built to Last
Finmatec sludge silos are designed for efficient and reliable handling of centrifuged sludge with DS levels up to 40 %. Available in standard sizes from 50 to 400 m³ — with custom solutions on request — they feature our unique sliding frame technology combined with speed-controlled screw conveyors for consistent first-in-first-out (FIFO) discharge, up to 100 m³/h at DS 30 %.
Hydraulic operation ensures smooth performance, and in case of power failure, a UPS-backed automatic gate closure guarantees safety. Control is intuitive through a Siemens touch screen, with interfaces like Profinet, Profibus, and Ethernet enabling easy integration and remote monitoring.
With robust construction, advanced surface treatment, and a standard 24-month warranty, the Finmatec silos are made to last for decades. From design to installation, everything is handled in-house — and service contracts are available to keep operations running smoothly.
